You will be at the forefront of driving sales and business development initiatives across the Europe region. Your day will involve engaging with customers, closing sales deals, and collaborating with multinational peers to achieve business goals. You will also maintain a strong connection with the Naroda factory to ensure seamless operations and customer happiness. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our business in this region.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Europe region.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Africa and Middle East regions, focusing on long-term growth and sustainability.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer empathy and ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving business objectives and promoting growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using sales and business development tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Proficient in written and spoken English is required for the role. Any additional language is consider a plus.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
