In your role as a Sales Support Analyst, you will be essential in supporting the sales team by providing analytical insights and data management solutions. Your day will involve creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualize sales performance and assisting with Salesforce data management to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. You will work closely with the parts organization to gather and organize spare parts information, enabling the sales team to make informed decisions. By fostering strong collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to the overall efficiency of sales operations and support the success of our business initiatives

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize sales performance and enhance reporting capabilities for the sales team.
• Assist with Salesforce data management to ensure data accuracy and support effective sales operations.
• Analyze various data sets to provide coherent recommendations to sales and marketing teams, driving informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with the parts organization to gather and organize spare parts information, ensuring accurate and accessible data for local purchasing and inventory management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and enhance overall operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization, particularly with Power BI.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and data management practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on supporting team objectives.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management practices.
• English at professional working profiency level.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of time

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
