How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform service tasks such as installation, commissioning, upgrades, and routine maintenance independently and being able to identify & resolve technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity.
- Troubleshooting activities on site or via remote services to diagnose problems, determine appropriate resolution and implement corrective actions.
- Provides expert advice and technical assistance to support colleague or customer technicians.
- Ensure open, regular, and effective communication with all collaborators.
- Contributes to customer satisfaction by performing Service work according to customer order and expectation.
- Proactively promote innovation, improvements, risk identification and safety management.
- Provides all required documentation and reports in a timely manner and according to procedure.
What You Bring
- At least 4 years professional experience in transformer installation, commission, service or maintenance.
- International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a plus.
- Basic knowledge on manufacturing- and repair technologies
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English
- Bachelor's degree and above. Master is a plus
- EHS knowhow Quality Sens
- Frequent travelling is required
