Make standard technical specification and requirements, fulfill the task and target set by the company, solve the problems happened in the manufacturing process and provide technical support and trouble shooting

How You’ll Make an Impact

● Responsible for the agreed engineer strategy implementation. The operational implementation is supported in close collaboration with the other departments.

● Products design, realizing the technical regulation in line with the demands of the technology and meets the satisfaction of customers in a timely, efficient and qualified way.

● Well cooperate with other departments to rectify and identify problem related to the design promptly, and provide support to bidding and customer trouble shooting

● Fully responsible for the design specification standardization and standard working procedure in a costly and highly efficient way; Know-how transfer from afflicted company.

● Interface with Purchasing and R&D organizations to develop localization strategy and support China localization and supplier qualification program.

● Coordinate and lead electrical engineering resource to implement the localization electrical engineering tasks, including RFQ preparation, technical clarification, design review etc.

● Coordinate resource to support Sales & Proposal as required. Prepare technical documents as needed, and even Participate in customer negotiation meetings if necessary.

● Provide technical support for sales, respond to the technical questions in the manufacture process, on site.

What You Bring  

● At least 3-5 years related technical experience

● Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of power equipment engineering and applies through successful completion of assignments.

● Self-motivated with strong customer focus

● strong analytical and problem solving skills

● strong emphasis on quality of work and Siemens values

● Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form in English and in Chinese and to interface with in a wide range of organizations both internally and externally.

● Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus

● Major in Engineering, Automation and etc.Good command of English speaking

● German is a plus

● EHS knowhow Quality Sens
