How You’ll Make an Impact
- Control and improve the product quality. Carry out and follow up controls and inspections on products and processes.
- Ensure that critical, quality-related issues are identified. Report to the supervisor.
- Continuous improvement: Apply quality tools (e.g. FMEA, cause analysis, 5S, etc.) to analyze the cause of the failure, and promote the formation of improvement measures.
- Make inspection plan and procedures.
- Promote a "zero error culture" and a "zero harm culture."
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and above. Master is a plus
- Major in mechanical/electrical/Material engineering or comparable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Principle and strict quality attitude
