How You’ll Make an Impact

• Create, maintain, and present all project primavera schedules.
• Consistently work with various project team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure schedules are accurate and properly maintained.
• Promote a culture where schedules are not just pictures, they are effective tools to manage EPC work.
• Act as a project teams reviewer and work to help the team identify and rectify forgotten activity errors in logic.
• Perform detailed time impact analysis in coordinate with project manager.
• Assist is supporting schedule information and narrative for official correspondence and change order management.
• Ensure delay and change orders are accurate inserted and maintained in schedule. Generate monthly schedule reporting metrics as required.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience in engineering and or construction project management with full project life cycle ownership within substation construction.
• Knowledge of EPC project delivery methods including expert working knowledge and understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement, and business development) with knowledge of high voltage substations.
• Must have the ability to utilize the latest Primavera scheduling software at an expert level.
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Strong ability to communicate with various team members such as project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and procurement to ensure accurate data is being entered into the project schedule.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, advanced time management and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, and adaptable with the ability to motivate and build strong working relationships in cross-functional project teams to develop technical solutions is a must.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
