We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer to join our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, experience with PLM systems, and a keen interest in software and process optimization. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. After the completion of the PLM projects, the candidate will continue to work as a Product Design Engineer in the field of generator design, taking on the Key User role for PLM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement and optimize PLM solutions
• Utilize PLM systems, with a preference for Teamcenter and SAP, to manage product data and lifecycle processes.
• Assist in the customization and configuration of PLM software to meet business requirements.
• Support Organizational Change (OCM) and drive Data Cleansing & Data Migration
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to team members on PLM system usage.
• Identify and resolve issues related to PLM processes and software.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PLM framework.
• After completion of the PLM projects: product design engineering for generators combined with key user role for PLM systems

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken
• Proven experience as a Design Engineer, Calculation Engineer, Development Engineer, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems, preferably Teamcenter.
• Strong curiosity about Product Lifecycle Management and related technologies.
• Affinity for software and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great teammate with a collaborative and open-minded approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the implementation and customization of PLM systems.
• Knowledge of engineering design and development processes.
• Ability to solve and resolve technical issues related to PLM software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in PLM.
