- Lead the development and implementation of advanced procurement strategies, moving beyond traditional supply market approaches.
- Drive innovation in procurement processes in collaboration with the Center of Excellence, exploring new technologies and digital solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting and embedding best practices across the organization through trainings, coaching, support, and best-practice sharing.
- Convert concepts into actionable implementation plans with defined workstreams, milestones, and KPIs; lead pilots and scale successful initiatives with commodity teams and business units.
- Facilitate comprehensive spend and performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities and enhance overall impact, while aligning procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to co-create innovative solutions.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Longstanding experience in Strategic Procurement/Commodity Management or consulting; proven track record of designing and implementing procurement strategies or supplier‑led innovation.
- Strong data literacy (spend, risk, sustainability analytics) and familiarity with procurement digitization tools.
- Experience in facilitating and leading change with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Curiosity, customer centricity, adaptability and willingness to coach and lead complex initiatives.
- Proficiency in English; additional language is a plus.
