How You’ll Make an Impact

• Evaluate symptoms and determine the root cause of complex client issues reported by various stakeholders and end-users
• Perform user consulting for any new / existing requirements coming from business
• Understanding business requirements and develop product functional and technical requirements
• Optimizing/Fine tuning the performance of PowerApps applications
• Development and implementation of new applications
• Increase engagement with Office 365
• Enforce a high-quality customer service culture
• Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training

What You Bring

Your profile

• Engineering or MCA graduate with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online, PowerApps and Power Automate
• Extensive Hands-on experience on SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate
• Excellent stakeholder management skills within a global environment
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills.
• Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills
• High responsiveness and keen perception
• Organized, ability to work independent and within a team to achieve given objectives.

Good to have skills:

• Experience in SPFx
• Experience in .Net framework 3.5+, ASP.NET
• Experience in frontend technologies and frameworks such as jQuery, HTML, CSS, bootstrap.
• PnP and PowerShell scripting experience
