A Snapshot of Your Day


The Parts Order Manager is responsible for the execution of all spare parts orders for the assigned countries in the region. As an Order Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and follow-up of spare parts orders for centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, from order registration to delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments. You will ensure that objectives such as revenue targets and timely delivery of orders are achieved, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Oversee the entire order management process for the spare parts' business, from handover to invoicing.
  • Manage and optimize the backlog of orders, addressing processes and resources to meet objectives within scope, time, quality, budget, and safety constraints.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Shipping, SCM, and stores to ensure timely execution of parts.
  • Act as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring proactive updates and representing both Siemens Energy and the customer.
  • Maintain updated status reports on order progress, identifying challenges and bottlenecks, and regularly meeting with leadership to review performance.
  • Achieve revenue targets while meeting On Time Delivery (OTD) and Past Due Backlog (PDBL) goals, and drive client satisfaction.

What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in engineering, business administration, logistics, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Those with more years of experience may be considered for a more senior level.
  • Desired working knowledge of MRP, SAP, and APICS courses.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Teams.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on finding efficient and effective ways to achieve goals.
  • Strong multitasking ability and capacity to work under time constraints to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team player and problem-solving mentality.

This job is based in Painted Post, New York. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay. Details regarding our benefits can be found here: https://benefitsatenergy.com/thinking-of-joining.html. The base salary range for this position in Painted Post, New York is $85,000 -$110,000.

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
