For our Gas Service Business Area, we are looking for a part-time working student. This role will be responsible for assisting daily financial tasks of projects.

 What are my responsibilities?

• Support for following up reconciliation of customer accounts for account receivables, payables, FX differences
• Support for logistics activities (customs clearance, transportation and customer coordination)
• Support for preparation of invoices with necessary documentation
• Order registration in SAP (Spridon) and opening purchase orders
• Support for following up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents and issuance of required booking and preparation of vouchers
• Support for other commercial activities on projects

  What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 3rd or 4th year students / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics and International Trade
• Able to work at least 2,5 -3 days/ week
• Advanced level of written and spoken English (German will be an asset)
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Hard-working, enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Flexible and good team players
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking
