The Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in the Central Europe Offshore Service organization, ensuring standardized and harmonized back-office processes across all CEU offshore sites. This position is crucial for maintaining the training and competencies of technicians, managing procurement processes, and providing administrative support to the site team.
How you'll make a difference
  • Maintain and oversee the training requirements for all technicians to ensure compliance with SGRE and site-specific training standards
  • Collaborate with the Site team and Training and Competence Advisor to set up and maintain site-specific training requirements in SGRE’s TC manager
  • Develop and execute a Site Trainings plan in consultation with the Operational Planner and Site Manager
  • Create a yearly Trainings plan, forecasting training needs to SGRE’s training department and other suppliers
  • Manage the ordering process for non-standard materials, including office supplies, by creating Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP
  • Oversee PO release, confirmation, error monitoring, and resolution
  • Provide general administrative support to the site team, including onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and site visitors
  • Participate in daily briefings to understand planned works and provide updates on purchase orders and training schedules
  • Prepare documentation and communication for crew changes occurring every second Wednesday
  • Act as the site administrator for project SharePoint and Teams, managing access rights and ensuring proper documentation storage
  • Organize internal and external events as requested by the Operations Manager

What you bring
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a comparable role, preferably within the offshore wind industry or a related field
  • Hands-on operational experience is highly desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of Business English and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of SAP and training management processes
  • Detail-oriented with experience in process improvement principles
  • Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of topics and teams systematically
  • Strong awareness and ownership of quality and safety topics
