As a member of the Aeroderivative Gas Turbine (AGT) Mechanical Field Service Team, you will have an exciting opportunity to travel extensively across the United States and North America, with occasional international assignments.
This is a fully REMOTE position based in Deer Park, Texas. As the lead Mechanical Field Service Representative (FSR) on-site, you will be the critical hands-on link between Siemens Energy and our valued clients. Your responsibilities include mechanical disassembly, inspection, reassembly, and commissioning during planned or unplanned outages; managing standard service outages and long-term service contracts; overseeing new unit installations and commissioning; implementing site modifications and upgrades; addressing breakdowns; and solving unique challenges. You will provide service and technical support for the AGT A05, A35 (RB211), and A65 (Trent) product lines.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Uphold a zero-harm culture by strictly following all company and customer EHS policies and programs.
- Manage all aspects of equipment installation and service inspections/outages on AGT units, with the ability to cross-train in related product families.
- Plan, perform, and coordinate onsite service and maintenance activities, collaborating with project and engineering teams to exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct and supervise mechanical Gas Turbine inspection procedures, including visual and borescope inspections, filter changes, valve servicing, and return to service following precise standards. Maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports.
- Travel extensively approximately 80% domestically, and willing to travel internationally (Canada) as opportunities arise; must hold a valid passport and pass required background checks and drug/alcohol testing. International travel may include developing countries.
- Perform duties under challenging conditions (heat, cold, noise) on day or night shifts; be available for short-notice travel, weekends, and holidays.
What You Bring
- High School diploma or GED that can he verified.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas or power generation.
- 5+ years of experience with Mechanical, Industrial, or Aeroderivative Gas Turbines is preferred and prior outage experience in Power Generation or Oil and Gas industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with strip/rebuild of rotating mechanical equipment and auxiliary air, fuel, and oil systems is preferred.
- Experience with borescope inspections, laser alignment, and Allen Bradley software is a plus.
- Strong ability to write detailed technical reports and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain a passport).
