A Snapshot of Your Day 

The master thesis will focus on the Redispatch 2.0 process, aiming to evaluate its economic implications and identify potential areas for improvement. Redispatch 2.0 is a critical component of the energy transition and your analysis will contribute to optimizing its effectiveness and efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Literature Review: Conduct a thorough review of existing research on Redispatch 2.0, previous mechanisms and related economic analyses
  • Economic Analysis: Perform a detailed economic impact assessment using appropriate analytical methods
  • Identify Improvement Areas: Analyze potential areas for operational improvements with the Redispatch 2.0 framework
  • Report Findings: Summarize the findings in a well-structured thesis document, including practical recommendations for enhancing Redispatch 2.0
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with industry experts, regulatory bodies, and their stakeholders to validate findings and gather insights
What You Bring
  • Currently Master study in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, digital business or a comparable subject at a university or college
  • Good academic record and relevant knowledge and interest in electrical power systems and its control systems
  • Taking full ownership and responsibilities for your tasks and working well either independently or in a team
  • Fluency in English, German skills are beneficial
  • Analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills
