Siemens Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MGT LTP (Long-Term Partnership) Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing long-term projects that are essential to our strategic objectives and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a proven foundation in project management, with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of LTP projects, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy’s strategic goals and customer requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to drive project success and mitigate risks.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project performance, analyzing key metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure project objectives are met.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project phases. Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on long-term projects in the energy sector or a related industry.
- Solid track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, eFMT) and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, skilled at engaging effectively with partners at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies in project environments.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
