A Snapshot of Your Day

You will work within a small local team, and as part of a wider international team, responsible for supporting the technical sales department in project acquisition and execution. You will look after the financial running of our projects, in close collaboration with technical project managers, financial department, and sales.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Processing of orders, commercial management of orders, order entry, commercial processing and invoicing, implementation of targets (sales, earnings, functional costs, etc.).
• Coordination with internal departments such as manufacturing, purchasing, shipping and ECC to ensure smooth running of projects from commercial side.
• Supporting projects as junior CPM, responsible for project controlling, budgeting, and preparation of forecasts.
• Being actively involved in risk and claim management and controlling of periodic closing activities.
• Supporting external customer communication and contract preparation alongside the sales department.

What You Bring

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, finance, or similar.
• You have ideally already gained some professional experience in commercial sales or project management.
• Communicative level of English, both written and spoken, is essential. As a part of our German team, knowledge of German is a huge advantage, as is at least basic understanding of Czech or Slovak.
• Ability to convince through critical thinking, hard-working personality, and excellent communication skills.
