A munkakörről
- Leadership of high-stakes Tiger Teams at supplier sites to stabilize critical programs and safeguard key delivery commitments
- Driving of executive-level alignment on root causes, risk mitigation strategies, and long-term supplier development roadmaps
- Challenging of suppliers at technical, operational, and leadership levels to increase maturity and strengthen capabilities
- Influence on cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to enable rapid decision-making and disciplined execution
- Establishment of transparency and accountability through KPIs, structured performance reviews, and escalation governance
- Identification of structural weaknesses within the supply base and guidance of strategic improvement initiatives
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
- Extensive professional experience in complex manufacturing environments (e.g. aerospace, automotive, or similar industries), preferably with a focus on supplier performance, operations, or quality leadership
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional crisis or turnaround initiatives at senior level, including hands-on on-site engagement
- Advanced expertise in root cause analysis, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong executive presence and communication capabilities, including the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels and supplier leadership teams
- Deep technical understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and industrial standards, combined with the ability to assess supplier capabilities and drive strategic improvements
