A Snapshot of Your Day

As the HSE OF Exe Prototype & EQ Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both Prototype and EQ Team activities across Denmark. We focus on the implementation of our Zero harm culture in all our work places. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant management systems and legal requirements, and driving continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance. Your day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring management, and providing expert guidance to foster a positive HSE culture. Through proactive planning, verification, and transparent reporting, you will enable high-quality project delivery and help shape a Zero Harm culture across all activities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own the implementation of proactive HSE measures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for all Prototype and EQ activities.
• Advise and support site management in developing and implementing operational HSE plans in line with the coordinated management system.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk management, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and transparency in HSE performance.
• Mentor and model positive HSE behaviors, encouraging a culture of safety and collaboration among internal teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare and deliver regular HSE reports, facilitate emergency response planning, and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.

What You Bring

• Proficient knowledge of HSE regulations, management systems, and standard methodologies, preferably within the wind energy or offshore sector.
• Relevant HSE experience with a minimum of 3 years, preferably within Offshore Renewable or other high-risk construction environments, demonstrating continuous professional development within an HSE related role.
• Proven experience in leading HSE initiatives, conducting root cause analyses, and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities, with the knack to influence and engage diverse teams and partners.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• A proactive approach and a dedication to encouraging a positive HSE culture.
• Business-level proficiency in Danish is necessary because you will collaborate with our Danish collaborators.
