 How You’ll Make an Impact 

•仓库运营管理(Warehouse Operations Management) 负责能源现场服务海南工具与备件仓库的日常运营,包括收货、入库、拣选、包装、发货等流程。 管理现场服务工程师使用的各类工具(机械、电气、测量、专用工具等),确保工具在库、易找、可追溯。 负责工具库存管理、盘点、补充需求提出。 确保危险工具、备件或精密工具按照安全规范存放。 对工具进行日常检查,发现问题及时上报。 Responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse for field service tools and spare parts, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Manage all types of tools used by field service engineers (mechanical, electrical, measurement, special tools). Maintain tool inventory, perform regular cycle counts, and raise replenishment requests Ensure safe storage of hazardous or precision tools and parts according to regulations Conduct daily inspection of tools and report abnormal issues

•工具校准与维护(Tool Calibration & Maintenance) 定期跟踪工具校准计划(测量仪器、扭力工具等),确保校准证书有效。 安排工具维修、报废及更新。 管理校验标签、有效期标识、工具编号等。Monitor calibration schedules for measurement and torque tools, ensuring certificates remain valid. Arrange tool repair, maintenance, and scrapping when required. Manage tool labels, identification, and expiry markings.

•现场服务支持(Field Service Support) 根据检修计划工程师需求,打包并准时发运检修工具、备件。 联系供应商并协调工具的维修,管理工具的返厂及报废流程。 与现场服务团队协作,确保工具与物料供应及时可靠,支持项目交付。According to Outage Planner request, pack and dispatch maintenance tools and spare parts on time. Coordinate with supplier for tool repairing, Manage RMA processing and scrapping workflow. Collaborate with field service teams to ensure timely and reliable supply of tools and materials.

•安全与合规(Safety & Compliance) 确保仓库遵循 EHS 标准及公司政策,包括危险品存储、工具校准记录、出入库规范等。 配合公司审计、工具管理检查。 Ensure the warehouse complies with EHS requirements, including hazardous materials handling, tool calibration records, and material handling policies. Assist in internal audits and compliance checks related to tool management. 

What You Bring

•大专及以上学历,物流、供应链、机械、电气类专业优先。College degree or above; major in logistics, supply chain, mechanical or electrical engineering preferred. 

•三年仓库管理经验,能源行业、设备制造、现场服务运营背景者优先。 3+ years of warehouse management experience; experience in energy services, equipment manufacturing, or field service operations is a plus. 

•熟悉仓库流程、备件管理及工具校准流程。 熟悉ERP/WMS系统(如 SAP、Oracle、Infor、金蝶、用友等)。 Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, spare parts management, and tool calibration processes. Familiar with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Kingdee, etc.). 

•有责任心,抗压能力强,能适应快节奏工作。 Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure. 加分项(Nice-to-Have)

•有工具校准、实验室设备管理经验。 有叉车证或仓储技能证书。Experience with tool calibration or lab equipment management. Forklift license or warehouse operation certification.
