A Snapshot of Your Day

In a typical day in our team, you support the maintenance and development of our master data tools, handling tickets, performing analysis, check our processes quality through our SAP systems. Within your day you collaborate with different colleagues worldwide, from different cultures and nationalities. You will need to save some time to participate in our digitalization projects applied to financial processes and support SAP S4 and Fiori transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Responsible for governance of financial processes, systems, and tools.
• Driver for process automation, implement process and improvement measures.
• Demand Manager and interface between Accounting/Controlling, Digitalization stakeholders and IT community.
• Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners like accounting services worldwide, local management, headquarters, and other relevant departments.
• Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.
• Balance multiple projects and technical tasks at any point of time.

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or similar.
• Demonstrated ability in Financial Processes, Accounting focus on R2R activities.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills, team player, initiative, and proactivity.
• Able to work in a changing environment, to learn on the job.
• Fluent in English (required).
• Strong SAP skills (must have), SAP MDG or other maser data tools are appreciated.

About the Team

The Finance Process and System is a team who support the transformation of the SE organization into a lean and digitalize company worldwide which actively participates on complex projects (e.g. S/4Hana transition, Fiori, digitalization tools).

The team represents an excellent opportunity for professional development on a new tailored organization for Siemens Energy business.
