• Analyse market trends and project requirements to predict future resource needs. Use data-driven insights to forecast demand for manpower, materials, and machinery. 
• Allocate resources judiciously, ensuring each project has necessary tools and personnel without over or underutilization.
• Create detailed schedules, anticipate conflicts, and prepare contingency plans for resource deployment.
• Monitoring and adjusting: Continuously monitor resource usage and adjust allocations in real time based on project shifts and availability changes.
• Work closely with Project Managers and department heads to align resource distribution with project goals.
• Prepare reports on resource status, utilization, and efficiency for transparency and insights.
• Identify opportunities to optimize resource usage, reduce waste, and improve cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate with resource allocation, delegation, and counterparts.
• Ensuring that all Personnel documents are up to date.
• Correspondence with government institutions especially for obtaining the gate passes.
• Arrange travel-related requirements (flights, hotels) for field service personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in resource planning or Project Management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in resource planning software or tools.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in workforce management or capacity planning is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal and external decision makers, stakeholders, and other interested parties for presenting and selling opportunities, and gaining approvals for opportunities.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present technical information in a way a non-technical person would understand.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
