• Acting as the central interface between Procurement, R&D, and CVE within the Gas Turbines product line, ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Proactive identification of upcoming service projects, design changes, and sourcing opportunities with savings potential, including early stakeholder engagement to support cost-out initiatives
• Leadership in the realization of savings through coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Sales, Marketing, and other relevant functions
• Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Project Procurement during the bidding process for new or optimized product offerings
• Representation of Procurement in key R&D programs to ensure competitive product development and the support of effective sourcing strategies across material commodities
• Utilization of supplier innovation and execution of technology scouting together with Procurement and R&D, ensuring competitive Siemens Energy products, early procurement involvement, and expert network integration

• A combined technical and commercial degree or a purely technical degree, with a minimum of a bachelor’s level
• Extensive professional experience in the Energy Business, Engineering, R&D, Project Management, and/or Supply Chain
• Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, including effective interaction with internal customers
• Relevant technical product knowledge in the design and operation of gas turbine components and systems
• Strong curiosity, fast learning ability, proactivity, and result orientation, combined with strong prioritization skills and a focus on what matters most
• Mandatory English skills and good command of German (approx. B2 level), plus willingness to travel up to 20%
