Join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in performing laboratory tests defined by a comprehensive testing plan. You will take charge of ensuring the accurate execution of these tests, preparing the necessary instrumentation, and setting up the testing area. You will also conduct laboratory checks on test benches and compile detailed test reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Your insights will drive improvements in testing techniques and product quality, making a tangible impact on our operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will implement laboratory tests according to a defined testing plan, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare and set up the necessary instrumentation and testing environment for effective testing.
• Define the testing sequence and select the appropriate measurement tools to optimize results.
• Conduct laboratory checks on test benches, ensuring all tests meet required standards.
• Compile and document test reports, verifying compliance with product standards and updating user documentation as needed.

What You Bring

• Academic background in Electrical, Energy, Mechatronics or equivalent engineering fields; alternatively, a technical diploma.
• Proven experience of at least 3 up to 5 years in monitoring and control activities, preferably in testing with laboratory instrumentation such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Ability to understand, create, and modify electrical schematics.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level, Fluency in Italian is required.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW software is appreciated.
