A Snapshot of Your Day

Work with EHS Reporting Team to build EHS metrics and analyze data for internal/external reports using Power BI dashboards. Additionally, we will provide views to further analyze the data via AI technology.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Focus on identifying and analyzing business requirements and needs. Map data business needs from Enablon or other sources. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Answer collaborator questions
• Develop ETL workflows and ensures data quality. Create workflows to acquire or transform the requested data. Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
• Defines database architecture, including table relationships, formats, and naming conventions. Creates Snowflake views and semantic models in Power BI. Ensure data integrity and security.
• Create dashboards, measures, and graph visualizations. Run workflows
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making. Provide insights through data storytelling.
• Deliver training, respond to requests, communicate, and update documentation. Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure user support. (Monthly News articles, quarterly calls Updates to Teams channel, Yammer, Newsletter, & Support Pages, Answer questions, M.O.M./Actions.)
• Understand business needs, proposes new analyses, create new measures/KPIs and definitions.
• Create advanced analyses using AI, machine learning, and advanced statistical models to improve EHS culture and risk mindset. Develop predictive models and perform hypothesis testing.

What You Bring

• Must possess a personality that gives a client a feeling of trust and comfort, very professional attitude.
• Knowledge and understanding of other cultures.
• Realizes extent of authority and limitations vital to successfully complete projects.
• Able to make decisions and function with minimum guidance.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment.
• Professional Experience (3+ years) in (Data Transformation, Data Architecture, Data Analytics, Data Science)
• Technical Knowledge (Enablon, Alteryx, Excel, Snowflake, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, AI)
• English at professional working proficiency level.

About the team:

The selected person will work jointly with the Corporate EHS Reporting Team, EHS teams within the BA’s and countries and other areas as required to provide the necessary data.
