This role is for Commercial Project Manager. Person will be evaluating the commercial aspects of budgetary and firm offers, in close collaboration with the Sales department and colleagues from the commercial team.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• CPM for leading projects in line with SE PM guidelines.
• Analyse tender requirements, identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities (such as currency risks, guarantee instruments, payment terms, insurance, taxes, ECC, and compliance), propose improvements, and may negotiate terms and conditions in collaboration with the Sales department.
• Proficient in the internal processes within the commercial bidding area as you will propose improvements and work with colleagues to implement updated working methods.
• Participate in bidding meetings, acquire internal approvals for offers, and provide support to the Sales team on any commercial aspects, including communication with colleagues from the finance/commercial departments. Participate in or may prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports related to the bidding activity.
• Commercial Project Management responsibilities include leading and controlling project budgets, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Ensure timely invoicing upon landmark completion. Requisition internal and external supplies/services for the customer order.
• Enter new customer requests in Siemens support systems. Enter tax documentation in tax portal. Review, interpret, and fulfil commercial contract requirements. Enter and supervise financial guarantees related to projects. Complete export documents for international orders. Assist credit & collections of past due AR when needed.

What You Bring

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA experience in Finance
• Proven experience in Project Handling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar field.
• Ability to work in a changing environment and willingness to travel.
• Good knowledge of the SAP system and proficiency in PowerBI, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and efficient communication skills.
• Ready to work in different time zones and adapt to various schedules as needed. Initiative, proactivity, and a great teammate, Excellent analytical skills and accuracy with numbers.
