You'll solve technical problems on automation systems, manage upgrade projects, support customers with training and troubleshooting, and assist sales with technical expertise, all while keeping up with new technologies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Execute Automation projects from engineering, factory acceptance, site acceptance to commissioning such as migration, digitalization, upgrade and retrofit.
• Execute After Sales Service and Training for customer
• Troubleshooting activities on site or via remote services to diagnose problems, resolve appropriate resolution and implement corrective actions
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis; troubleshooting methodology; detailed problem documentation; other requirements in support of Problem Management.
• Support Sales department and Proposal to conduct site survey, technical clarification and design a solution for customer inquiries.
• Continuous learning and growing.

• Proficiency in engineering software for Process Automation and Instrumentation (SIMATIC PCS 7, BATCH, PDM) and communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, HART).
• Automation Hardware Knowledge: Strong experience with engineering hardware related to Process Automation and Instrumentation (Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level).
• Familiarity with safety system engineering software (SIMATIC Safety System and Safety Matrix).
• Ability to interpret system architecture, wiring diagrams, and process and instrument diagrams.
• Experience with Factory Automation applications (TIA PORTAL, STEP 7, Distributed Safety) is advantageous.
• Experience in Digitalization and IIoT industrial applications is a valuable asset.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa and English, with strong interpersonal, determined, and leadership abilities.
• Automation Engineering / Programming Experience – 5+ years (including DCS and PLC).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Science, Physic Engineering or other technical background with on hands experience in the daily work.
