    Come join us in the Transformation of Industry! As the Head of Business Controlling (f/m/d), you will be responsible for effective financial reporting, performance analysis, financial governance and strategy translation into financial results to ensure the financial integrity of business operations and ensured performance. Leading a combined team of ~30 employees, including managers, you will oversee financial reporting and performance monitoring while driving strategic financial development and driving the finance digitalization roadmap for TI. This role demands strong leadership and collaboration with departments across the organization to ensure compliance and alignment with strategic goals. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving performance and contributing to the overall success of the Business Area. 

    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Fully responsible for the financial management reporting and performance controlling tasks including preparation, monitoring and analysis of all relevant KPIs in TI
    • Prepare financial information for strategic decision-making for the company required by Group EVP, Head of Finance, as well as corporate finance and the executive board
    • Lead overall forecasting and budgeting process and analysis in TI, ensuring accuracy and alignment across the organization    
    • Oversee all finance accounting systems in the Business area, acting as a key liaison with relevant departments to ensure harmonized and compliant systems in the company
    • Set a Digitalization Roadmap and priorities for the Business Area in alignment with Business Area finance head, the Siemens Energy finance digitalization teams and IMB finance heads
    • Serve as the primary interface for all relevant financial information for the market, strategic initiatives and external reporting preparation, working in close alignment with the investor relations group
    What You Bring
    • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field  
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, particularly in business controlling and financial management, operational P&L management experience is a plus
    • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting  
    • Responsible for providing financial information and performance controlling of the Business Area, facilitating effective strategic decision-making and ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to lead and develop larger teams, encouraging a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
