A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be part of Treasury & Corporate Finance, Asia Pacific and China (TCF AP&CN) team to facilitate SE business in Asia by providing integrated and fit-to-purpose TCF solutions under TCF global governance framework. 


How You’ll Make an Impact

Banking Infrastructure

Negotiate bank agreements and facilitate onboarding and KYC.

Manage bank account, bank authorization and service and related technical set-ups.

Provide advisory and troubleshooting of banking and payment related matters.

Montor regulatory and bank products developments related to corporate treasury. 


Outbound Guarantee and Letter of Credit

Provide advisory and oversight of outbound guarantee and letter of credit.

Select issuance bank and negotiate guarantee wording with the bank.

Execute outbound guarantee and import letter of credit requests, including guarantee amendment and discharge.

Coordinate with various parties to manage extend-or-pay or claim, if any.

Reconcile of outbound guarantee and letter of credit and manage commission payment and allocation. 


Working Capital Financing

Provide advisory on sales-related financing. 

Manage sale of receivable and supply chain finance programs.


Furthermore, you will also be responsible in the following areas:


Overarching Activities

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and Siemens Energy Standards. 

Monitor and comply with relevant external or internal limits on the respective instruments. 

Prepare and deliver communication and training on above topics. 

Ensure proper record keeping, consistency and transparency of above activities.

Perform internal control and facilitate audit. 


Projects & Initiatives

Implement process optimization and digitization initiatives. 

Devise concept and implement TCF solutions in company set-up, integration or divestment. 


What You Bring  

Academic background: minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or finance.

More than 5 years’ experience in corporate treasury, preferably in a multinational company environment. 

Excellent communication skills in business English and Chinese.

Team player with strong sense of ownership. 

Decent learning agility and analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Proficiency in digitalization tools and treasury management systems.


About the Team 

TCF AP&CN overseas Siemens Energy business in multiple countries in Asia and is organized into teams. You will work independently and closely with internal and external stakeholders and manage day-to-day problem-solving on various TCF topics depending on your team assignment
