- Active participation in the process of Customer Voice, Customer Satisfaction, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Responsible for the database of customers to be evaluated
- Analysis of the customer data
- Follow-up on the actions with the different stakeholders
- Involvement with the quality department to meet the ISO 9001 requirements for Customer Satisfaction
- Support in being in charge of the Customer Satisfaction SharePoint
- Currently studying in an economic field
- Fit in dealing with MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English
