A Snapshot of Your Day
As a working student, you primarily support both administrative tasks and strategic activities in the area of technology scouting.To meet these requirements, your role focuses on two main areas: Administrative & Operational Support and Technology Scouting & Research. In the first area, you ensure smooth team operations by taking on routine administrative tasks, while in the second area you contribute to the team’s core innovation mission by supporting basic research activities.How You’ll Make an Impact - Creation, tracking, and processing of purchase orders
- Preparation and submission of travel expense reports in line with company policies
- General administrative support for smooth day-to-day operations of the Strategy team
- Initial research and scouting of emerging technologies and startups
- Compilation and summarization of research results into reports and presentations
- Monitoring of technology trends and relevant industry news aligned with strategic priorities
What You Bring- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, innovation, and business strategy
- Initial experience in an office environment or with administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Research and information-gathering skills combined with analytical thinking, teamwork, proactive communication, adaptability, and curiosity
