A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a working student, you ensure business continuity within the R&D Central Management team. The primary business need is to maintain the continuous creation of high‑quality creative content, including videos and graphics, for the global R&D Academy, as this is essential for engaging the worldwide R&D community.

To address this need, the role is structured around three core areas: creative content production, event and communication support, and administrative process management. This structure ensures a strong focus on the development of compelling learning materials while simultaneously handling the logistical and operational tasks required to support the global activities of the R&D Academy.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Creation of high‑quality learning content for the R&D Academy, including scripts, visuals, videos, and digital storytelling formats
• Preparation, visualization, and communication of data related to central R&D topics
• Research and development of innovative online learning approaches, including AI‑based tools, to continuously enhance the R&D Academy
• Development of creative assets and communication materials to support internal R&D initiatives and campaigns
• Organization and support of virtual and hybrid meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, registrations, and coordination with speakers
• Administration and digital enablement activities, including procurement support, collaboration tool maintenance, and contribution to automation and AI‑supported workflows

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in digital content creation, including visuals and videos, gained through academic coursework or personal projects
• Proficiency in digital tools for content creation and collaboration, including video editing, graphic design, Microsoft 365, and data visualization
• Strong communication skills in English combined with creativity, innovation, and a proactive working style
• High level of reliability, collaboration skills, and intercultural sensitivity in an international environment
• Interest in online education trends as well as basic knowledge of procurement processes
