How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the Head of HR and Global HR Business Partners on all matters of people development, e.g. succession planning, competence management, etc.
• Support organizational changes by managing big volumes of data and liaise with key stakeholders and interfaces in the business units
• Support reporting and data analysis
• Preparation of management meetings, workshops and creation of presentations
• Administrative tasks such as managing calendars, travel expense reimbursement and other special topics

What You Bring

• Current studies in economics or psychology with focus on Human Resources (HR), preferably in an advanced semester
• First experience in an HR environment, initial experience in project management is desirable 
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint and like to conceptualize ideas
• Fluent in English and willing to work in a global, flexible team with focus on topics and not hierarchies
• Self-starter with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
• Willing to work about 20 hours a week
