A Snapshot of Your Day 

The working student position in Project Procurement Management aims to strengthen data analysis capabilities and support digitalization initiatives within the procurement function. The role focuses on two key areas: data analysis and reporting (maintaining and analyzing procurement data, creating visualizations such as in Power BI) and digitalization and process support (contributing to the implementation of new digital tools and process improvements). The ideal candidate is an enrolled student in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field, with an interest in data analytics, initial experience with Power BI, and an understanding of business processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Collect, clean, and prepare procurement data for analytical use
• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and KPI reports
• Perform basic data analysis and prepare summaries or presentations of findings
• Assist in implementing and testing new digital tools and software in procurement
• Document procurement processes to support digitalization and workflow improvements
• Collaborate on identifying automation opportunities and provide general support for digitalization initiatives

What You Bring

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in IT, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a related field
• Initial experience with data analysis tools—especially Power BI—through academic work, personal projects, or internships
• Strong interest in data, digital technologies, and process optimization
• Skills in data analysis, business intelligence, Power BI, data management, and advanced Excel
• Knowledge of procurement processes, digitalization, and process improvement
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and collaborative working style

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
