Join our team at Siemens Energy within the Digital Projects team, part of the Strategic Procurement's Center of Excellence for Digitalization & Data Management. The position will support new and ongoing digitalization projects, ensuring the team has the necessary capacity to implement Siemens Energy’s digital strategy effectively.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Actively participate in innovative projects to implement Siemens Energy’s digitalization strategy and provide hands-on support to our team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and optimization of business applications (e.g., process automation or data analytics) that improve operational efficiency.
• Analyse existing processes within Siemens Energy’s business units, identify automation potential, determine root causes of problems, and develop practical, timely solutions.
• Support project evaluations by analysing business cases and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for the implementation of new solutions and changes in relevant systems.
• Assist the team with change management initiatives, for example, by applying the ADKAR model.
• Ensure smooth execution of programs and projects by preparing documentation, organizing meetings, and coordinating tasks.

What You Bring

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of common MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Experience in creating user-friendly and intuitive training materials.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style combined with the ability to successfully collaborate in a team.
