A Snapshot of Your Day

To our Project Coordination department, we are looking for a student worker, the department is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and project execution team on internal and external daily project business topics. Areas of responsibility are correspondence management, supporting administrative and project-related IT tools and providing guidance on process excellence performance on the project. The department establishes and drives lessons learned culture in the execution phase of the project.

You will be working with offshore projects in the execution phase in close collaboration with the Project Coordinators assigned to the projects.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the Project Coordinator with requirements management tasks related to our contract management software and conduct quality checks. Provide first-level software support to the project team members
  • Support the Project Coordinator in maintenance of the project correspondence log, including registration of the communication, maintenance of the communication matrix and distribution lists
  • Assist in designing monthly reports for internal and external collaborators
  • Support on- and off boarding of project team members
  • Provide access and necessary guidance in project related IT tools
  • Support the preparation of internal and external project workshops

What You Bring

  • Ongoing studies within business administration, marketing or similar business or administrative orientation on your education
  • You have a structured approach to your work and can handle simultaneous assignments
  • You are tech savvy and passionate about learning new systems and tools
  • You are an experienced user of Office 365 and SharePoint
  • Interest in communication
  • Excellent command of English
  • You have an overall positive attitude
  • Passion for renewable energy
  • You are a great teammate who brings positive, service-minded energy to the team
  • You are adept at observing details, and your work approach is methodical.
  • You like to work with IT tools and standardized processes
  • You deliver your tasks punctually
