A Snapshot of Your Day

 

As a Working Student in the PMO team, you will support the PMO Head and project team with essential coordination and organizational tasks for a large company integration program. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, organized, proactive, and motivated to develop early project management skills.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Helping to prepare and maintain project standards, templates, and documentation
  • Supporting the organization of the project document repository and project tools
  • Assisting with the onboarding process of new project team members
  • Contributing to the tracking of project progress: milestones, deliverables, and action items
  • Helping schedule and organize meetings and events
  • Supporting internal communication activities, training materials, and lessons learned
  • Assisting in preparing presentations and management reports (with guidance)

All tasks will be performed with supervision and mentoring from the PMO team.

 

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills, especially in writing, and ability to adapt your style to different audiences
  • Good time‑management and strong organizational skills
  • A proactive attitude — willing to identify issues, ask questions, and help solve problems
  • Comfortable working with colleagues from different cultures and time zones
  • Medium level knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and MS Teams (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Curious, eager to grow, and open to learning new tools and methods
  • English language mandatory
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (optional for a student, depending on needs)
