A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Warranty Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will take full ownership of warranty operations for a Combined Cycle Power Plant, ensuring seamless coordination during the warranty phase. Your day will involve managing onsite activities, interfacing with customers, and resolving warranty claims efficiently, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance. The role should also build a strong understanding of Long-Term Service Agreement execution, including lifecycle planning, contractual obligations, outage governance, customer relationship management, and transition readiness from the warranty phase into the service phase.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as the single point of contact for all warranty-related topics onsite.
- Drive the identification, assessment, and resolution of defects and warranty claims.
- Coordinate outages and ensure readiness of resources, tools, and documentation.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with customer representatives.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to EHS standards during all warranty activities.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting on warranty status and execution progress.
- Own the project throughout the entire warranty phase, from handover through warranty closure, while ensuring a structured transition of open issues, lessons learned, risks, customer expectations, and technical records into the future LTSA/service execution team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering.
- Strong experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants and large frame gas turbines.
- Proven experience in onsite roles related to warranty management and outages.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
- Strong customer interface and stakeholder management skills.
- High commitment to safety and EHS excellence.
- Demonstrate basic commercial and contractual awareness, including understanding of warranty boundaries, LTSA scope interfaces, risk exposure, and escalation requirements.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
