A Snapshot of Your Day

This role supports business continuity at the Bolivia Service Center in Santa Cruz. As Warehouse Tooldepot Lead, you will oversee warehouse and inventory operations, lead team performance, and ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong warehouse management and team leadership experience, proficiency in SAP, and a track record of improving safety and logistics processes.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material movement, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP through regular cycle counts, audits, and effective stock control.
  • Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are handled, stored, and maintained according to company and industry standards.
  • Lead and develop the warehouse team by setting priorities, managing performance, providing coaching, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and compliant workplace by enforcing safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, enhance service quality, and monitor budgets and key performance indicators.
 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse and supply chain operations, inventory control, material handling, order fulfillment, warehouse management systems, and SAP.
  • Proven leadership skills in team building, workflow management, accountability, and influencing others.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and analytical problem-solving.

You will be part of the Field Services team, responsible for the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Power Generation and Compression equipment for international projects. We work in dynamic, technically challenging, and multicultural environments, committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high-impact solutions for our customers.
