This is an opportunity to engage in an exciting Treasury 4.0 transformation environment. You will work within a team of strong professional support and with colleagues around the world.

How you'll make a difference

• Execution of daily cash disposition and cash balancing across Siemens Energy entities, ensuring sufficient liquidity in all required currencies
• Support liquidity planning and short-term cash forecasting, identifying funding needs and excess liquidity positions
• Contribution to the optimization of cash management processes, including automation and standardization initiatives in the context of Treasury 4.0
• Support in the management of in-house bank activities, including payment factory, electronic banking solutions and user management for Treasury IT tools
• Support interaction with core banking partners and ensure smooth bank connectivity to Treasury IT systems
• Monitor cash positions, analyze deviations and contribute to reporting and dashboards for liquidity transparency
• Support projects such as the transformation of Treasury to a highly digitized and automated organization and the transition into a harmonized Treasury IT landscape
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and support SE entities in all Treasury matters while ensuring compliance with Treasury policies, procedures and controls

What you bring

• The basis of your success is a successfully completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or in a related field
• You convince with a proactive, efficient and structured way of working and at least 5 years of professional experience in Treasury, Cash Management or a comparable finance function
• Additionally, you have advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills and knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (e.g. FIS Quantum) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• You bring an excellent understanding of cash management, bank accounts and payment processes; knowledge of liquidity planning is a plus
• You have an interest in digitalization, data analysis and process improvements
• Personally, you distinguish yourself through your strong ability to work in a team, intercultural awareness, resilience, and your ability to work in a dynamic environment
