Job Description: CbCR Manager (Country-by-Country Reporting) The CbCR Manager is responsible for managing and continuously improving the global Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) process, ensuring high-quality data, compliance with OECD BEPS Action 13, EU Public CbCR Directive, and jurisdiction-specific rules. The role covers non-public CbCR filings, public CbCR disclosures, and coordination across global tax, finance, controlling, and data functions.Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the global end-to-end CbCR process, including data collection, validation, consolidation, and reporting.- Oversee preparation, review, and submission of non-public CbCR filings and public CbCR reports.- Ensure compliance with German tax law requirements relevant for CbCR, including familiarity with AO, EStG, and administrative principles.- Manage processes with the German Federal Central Tax Office (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern, BZSt), including correct transmission of CbCR XML files, handling notifications, corrections, feedback, and communication with BZSt.- Maintain and improve CbCR governance, quality controls, documentation, and internal process standards.- Lead variance analyses and data integrity checks with finance and controlling teams.- Support and enhance CbCR technology, automation tools, and AI-supported applications.- Provide training and guidance globally on CbCR requirements and best practices.- Contribute to tax transparency initiatives and group-wide risk management.Skills & Qualifications: - Strong understanding of OECD BEPS Action 13 and EU Public CbCR.- Knowledge of German tax law (AO, EStG, relevant BMF guidances) and practical experience with BZSt reporting processes, German tax advisor exam preferred.- Analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and tax-related data.- Experience in multinational environments and global compliance processes.- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.- High accuracy, structured working style, and ability to meet deadlines.- Familiarity with tax technology and automation; experience with AI-supported applications is a plus.
