À propos de la fonction
A Snapshot of Your Day
As Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in one of Siemens Energy’s largest transformation programs: the S4E‑Unify rollout based on SAP S/4HANA within Grid Technologies (GT).
You are accountable for end‑to‑end training readiness, ensuring that Key Users and End Users are enabled to operate successfully in the new process and system landscape. Acting as Siemens Energy’s single training interface toward our external implementation partners, you steer training scope, methodology, delivery, and quality across rollout locations.
During rollout phases (e.g. Unify#03), you will be present on site to oversee training execution and safeguard adoption and operational readiness for go‑live.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own and govern the training workstream for S4E GT rollouts acting as training coordinator and escalation point toward implementation partners, aligned with Global OCM Lead.
- Co-Define and operationalize rollout‑specific training approaches including localization ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and handovers between Siemens Energy, and other involved partners.
- Plan, coordinate, and steer training activities for Key Users and End Users across GT locations while making sure quality standards in Training materials and Training execution are adhered to
- Track overall training progress based on KPI, provide a report to various stakeholders and manage dependencies with other streams and projects
- Onboard and support local training teams and key business stakeholders and capture lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of the global training framework
What You Bring
- University degree in economics, engineering, management, or a comparable field.
- Proven experience leading training streams within large‑scale ERP transformations and solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and business process enablement.
- Strong experience working with external implementation partners under a Statement of Work and in training governance, needs analysis, curriculum design, and adoption management.
- Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills in international, multicultural environments.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability paired with delivery focus as well as a structured, solution‑oriented mindset
- Fluent English skills required; additional languages are an advantage.
