Are you proactive, service-minded, and passionate about delivering high-quality training experiences? We’re looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our international team, which plans, coordinates, and administers safety and technical training for customers across the globe.

You will be part of a team that plans, coordinates and administers safety and technical training for customers worldwide. The core tasks of the Customer Service team are to drive the demand planning of classroom and virtual reality training, as well as ad-hoc bookings and all administrative tasks related to driving a Training Center.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • You will collaborate daily with our business units, as well as subcontractors and external customers
  • Support customers with training planning and bookings
  • Administering Virtual Reality training equipment
  • Managing data in our Learning Management System
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as participant registration, catering orders, and other logistics
  • Contributing to internal optimization projects
  • This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a cross-functional, professional training environment with full insight into project execution. You can expect 5–10 travel days per year.

  • Passion for renewable energy and readiness to help lead the change
  • Structured, organized individual, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Hands-on experience with training operations
  • Possess a technical mindset and a realistic, innovative approach
  • Proactive with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working across cultures
  • Availability to work from the office 2-3 days/week
