How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage administrative tasks and processes for various countries and headquarters requirements.
• Maintain and monitor the department’s digital filing system for document organization.
• Plan agendas, manage meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Organize work meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Plan and coordinate corporate events.
• Arrange travel and handle related administrative processes, requiring proficiency in spoken and written English for international collaboration.

What You Bring

• Have at least a Technical degree with level 4 certification.
• Be flexible to solve problems in a quick and effective manner.
• Fluent in English language in writing and speaking.
• Able to work under pressure and capacity to multitask.
• Resilient, communicative personality, empathy, and team-working skills.
• Good knowledge of Office 365.
