A Snapshot of Your Day 

As (IT) Tool Demand Manager you will drive tool optimization, innovation and harmonization for our Service Business! Your focus will be on the continuous improvement on our overall tool landscape to deliver highest process efficiency.  You work cross-functional, including sales, operations, repair-center, field service, IT, Regions and external service providers.

You create business value by transitioning business demands into tool changes. You create a harmonized tool-roadmap supporting the CP Service Strategy.  In this role you will work in a team culture that values collaboration and innovation. You work closely with the CP Management teams and as well cross-functional (Sales, Operation, IT, Field Service, etc.) to understand their needs and represent the CP Service Business demand in strategic projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Optimize and maintain existing tool landscape to business needs and strategic goals
  • Drive usage of new technology, e.g. Artificial Intelligence
  • “One stop shop” to discuss tool development / tool change / tool requirements (considering overall process architecture, data plausibility, return on invest/ business case).
  • Act as interface between IT and business to translate business requirements into an IT / tool demand, considering existing / to be processes & tool landscape, data- and process consistency & standardization
  • Represent CP service interest in strategic projects (e.g. S4E, Agora, Globus, SFDC) for key design decisions / roadmap development
  • Support and coordinate budget planning of tool related costs and align with business owners / Key contacts to determine business benefits and priority.
  • For new tools/ changes / projects: evaluate business impact in all aspects, define business priorities and create a clear CP Service position.
  • Initiate and coordinate relevant tool changes with IT / external partners / other business areas
  • Ensure mature roll-out, including change aspects, communication, testing & documentation
  • Establish a tool governance model with clear ownership, key contacts and key users

What You Bring

  • Master’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, or related technical /IT area
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience within Energy Service and with a focus on one or multiple areas from Sales, Service Program implementation, Field Service planning, Marketing, Process Management or IT Applications.   
  • Highly experienced in the area of used tools in the compression service area
  • Analytical, proactive and result-oriented
  • Experience in project management and implementation, strategic planning, budget/ target setting
  • Strong customer service orientation and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in professional English
