A Snapshot of Your Day
Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads equipment / process workstream to be responsible for delivery defined deliverables in BTP project card in compliance to time, cost and quality.  

How You’ll Make an Impact
Responsible for overseeing tooling/process technology-focus , ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements. 
Project Planning and Execution, Develop detailed tooling/process project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed according to the established plans and methodologies.
Team Leadership, Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project goals.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between tooling/process technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring that project requirements are understood and met. Regularly communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
Risk Management, Identify potential tooling/process risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Monitor tooling/process project progress and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
Quality Control, Ensure that all tooling/process deliverables meet quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive tooling/process documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project plans. Provide regular updates to Project manager and stakeholders on progress and performance. 

What You Bring
Graduate - Master's or bachelor’s degree in mechanism engineering, Technical Studies or Manufacturing Engineering
Experienced user of 3D cad systems.
Experienced with equipment used in manufacturing of the blades within the wind industry (molds, drilling machine, cranes, etc)
Or Experienced with production process for wind power blades
Experienced working in international organization located in the different continents.
Strong experience in project management skills e.g. planning, risks control, conflicts management, etc  
Proven ability to communicate efficiently with high level stakeholders, including senior executives.
