You as Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of projects in the energy sector of Siemens Energy providing to our customer the most advanced and efficient technological solutions and services.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Managers to join our team. We look for candidates with approximately 5 years of experience in managing projects of the energy sector. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your technical expertise and innovative attitude will be essential in driving the continuous improvement of our solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from feasibility to completion, ensuring effective collaboration and communication within a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, schedule, and budget while assigning tasks and supervising progress.
• Identify risks and opportunities, defining strategies for management and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines, and prepare comprehensive status reports for stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of electrical systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Bring

• Degree or integrated master’s in Electrical Engineering or similar, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Passionate about energy development and willing to travel domestically and internationally for short-term site activities.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of leading and motivating a team.
• Experience in managing and delivering electrical engineering projects, particularly in the energy sector, with a preference for onshore/offshore wind projects.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of defining project scope, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and CAD, with a strong commitment to safety protocols and practices.
