• Experience in leading international teams
• Proven record of a successfully executed change process
• University degree in engineering science
• Curiosity and ability to learn especially processes and technical context of the relevant portfolio
• Ability to inspire people considering intercultural differences
• Highly motivated, ability to put themselves in other shoes, highly resilient
• Fluent in German and English
