A Snapshot of Your Day

The role serves as the operational bridge between regional HR and Talent Acquisition (TA) delivery teams, ensuring smooth, standardized, and scalable TA operations across Business Areas. It involves monitoring recruitment operations through data and insights, promoting process adherence, and driving continuous improvement across regional TA activities. Additionally, the role strengthens collaboration between global TA strategy and local delivery execution. Ensure effective, consistent, and high-quality recruitment operations support across the region, enabling the business to hire efficiently, compliantly, and in line with global standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Recruitment Delivery Oversight – Coordinate regional TA activities across Business Areas and ensure SLA  adherence. Regional / local HR BP Engagement across BA’s. 

• Stakeholder Partnership – Partner with regional HR and business stakeholders to align on hiring demand, challenges, and timelines.

• Reporting & KPI Monitoring – Track and analyze recruitment metrics; identify areas for improvement. Regional Data & Reporting across BA’s | QBR’s.

• Operational Problem-Solving – Resolve delivery challenges quickly to ensure smooth end-to-end hiring processes

• Process Governance – Ensure compliance with global TA standards, policies, and data quality requirements. Localization of Global TA Initiatives e.g., ERP, I&B TA & HM enablement. TA Representation for Local Regulatory Topics e.g., Workers Council.

• Collaboration – Serve as liaison between global TA teams and regional/local delivery partners. Projects - TA Representation on Global Projects e.g., Neo+, Onboarding

What You Bring

• 8+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition within a large, international or matrixed organization. Experience of coordinating end to end recruitment delivery, ensuring process consistency & performance across regions or Business Areas.

• Experience leading or contributing to regional TA process improvements, delivery optimization, or standardized projects and implementing global frameworks locally, driving data-based insights to enhance efficiency, candidate experience & compliance.

• Ability to lead through influence, coaching delivery partners and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

• Comfortable working in multicultural and cross-border environments, collaborating with teams and stakeholders across diverse cultural and organizational contexts. Demonstrate cultural agility, adaptability and effective communication in regional and virtual settings.

• Builds trusted partnerships with HR, TA, and business leaders across the region. Conveys complex information clearly and effectively across teams and geographies. Uses data and critical thinking to resolve operational issues swiftly. Works effectively across functions and hierarchies to enable smooth operations. Adjusts priorities and approaches to meet evolving business needs. Identifies inefficiencies and drives optimization across processes (in partnership with Global Ops). Keeps candidate and hiring manager experience at the center of all actions.

• Uses dashboards and metrics to track TA performance and guide improvement. Skilled in managing workflows, reporting, and process adherence in ATS platforms. Identifies inefficiencies, proposes solutions, and drives adoption in partnership with Global Ops. Unrestricted
