A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Student Worker in the Global Training Coordination Team, your day will involve providing essential support for coordinating safety and technical training for technicians globally. You will engage in various tasks, from administrative coordination to stakeholder management, contributing to the qualification management and training coordination for Siemens Gamesa’s offshore locations worldwide. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, where you will enhance your personal skills and build a professional international network.

The position is part-time, requiring 8-25 hours per week, with flexible working hours that can accommodate your schedule.


How You’ll Make an Impact

Training Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate and book training sessions.
  • Schedule meetings and monitor budgets, creating Purchase Orders as needed.
  • Maintain and update training profiles and records with participant information and completion status.
  • Handle routine communication with training participants, including sending invitations, reminders, and pre-course materials.

Stakeholder Management & Support 

  • Engage in stakeholder management in an international setting, cooperating with managers and other team members.
  • Cover shared inboxes weekly and provide general support to the Training Coordination Team.


What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communication.
  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading change.
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured approach and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with intercultural competence.
  • Familiarity with Office 360, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
