A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Strategic Project Manager (f/m/d) in the Partnering division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for collaboration with external partners. Your tasks will include coordinating and leading partnership projects, monitoring the progress of projects and ensuring that targets are achieved.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyzing market trends and competitive activities to identify and evaluate opportunities for new partnerships.
- Developing concepts and strategies for sustainable business relationships with partner companies.
- Phrasing texts for contracts and important agreements.
- Drafting and negotiating preliminary terms and conditions for agreements as a basis for detailed collaboration contracts.
- Coordinating and managing the successful implementation of partnership projects as well as monitoring the progress of projects and ensuring the achievement of targets.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with partner companies.
What You Bring
- A successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or energy management, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in strategy, business development or product management.
- Sound experience and proven success in project management.
- Basic knowledge of contract law and experience in drafting contracts.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills as well as outstanding communication skills, intercultural competence and negotiation skills.
- Business proficiency in written and spoken English, preferably knowledge of German.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
